Schedule Update
Hello friendos,
As Merle and Prox get our pixels in a pile, we’re learning more about the best way to publish HUD and Guts. After publishing our first issue, we’ve decided to switch to a seasonal schedule. This will adjust submission deadlines to give you more time to submit and us more time to work on the project.
Therefore, our next issue will be the Summer 2017 issue, with the deadline on August 18th. We can’t wait to see what you’ve got!

A message from Merle_Malveillant, Editor
The first issue of HUD and Guts is now live and golly gee am I just over the moon about it. This project is something that I’ve wanted to get off the ground for a long time now, so to finally see a first issue is incredibly rewarding. Virtual spaces are some of my favorite spaces (duh), and the sites of plenty of important events and discoveries in my own life. I’m happy to have created a space where their virtues can be extolled and their dark corners spelunked.
I’d like to be a bit sappy and thank all the artists who submitted their work. This fledgling publication wouldn’t be much without you. I hope that our readers and contributors will stick with us through this labour of love.
